Shipping within the United States

All US orders are shipped free of charge via USPS first-class mail.

**Because all of our jewelry is handmade to order, please allow up to one week for your jewelry to leave our studio and ship out to you. If you need your jewelry on a deadline, please contact info@minouxjewelry.com to request an expedited order.

International Shipping

We ship only to the countries listed below. We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail, which should arrive in 6-10 business days. We include a Certificate of Mailing with every order. Tracking is not included.

Please allow up to one week for us to hand-make your jewelry, and an additional 6-10 business days for shipping.

Returns

All Minoux jewelry is made to order in Portland, Oregon. We don't stock any products, so the pieces you choose will be made just for you!

We guarantee the quality of your jewelry, and you may return the jewelry for repair at any time. In most cases, we provide this service free of charge. A charge may apply if a repair is needed due to negligence.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn items for exchange or store credit within 10 days of delivery. There is a $5 shipping charge for items to be exchanged.

Store credits will never expire. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn. Because the piece has been made for you, we are unable to offer cash refunds.

To initiate a return, please email returns@minouxjewelry.com for a return authorization number, and let us know if you'd like an exchange or store credit.

Please return the jewelry in its original gift box, and please use a protective padded mailer or small box for shipping.

Minoux Jewelry is not responsible for returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit; we strongly recommend adding a tracking number and/or insurance to your return package. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

We will notify you via email once your return has been process, normally within two business days of receipt.

Special orders are not returnable.

Repairs

We want you to enjoy your Minoux jewelry for a very long time. Some items, like the cord necklaces, will eventually wear out. And sometimes, things just break!

We guarantee the quality of your jewelry. You may return the jewelry for repair at any time. A small charge may apply if a repair is needed due to negligence.

To initiate a repair, please email returns@minouxjewelry.com for a return authorization number, and let us know the nature of the repair.

Please securely package the item in a padded mailer or small box. Do not use a standard envelope.

Minoux Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit; we strongly recommend adding delivery confirmation and/or insurance to the package. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.

We'll fix your piece up good as new, and return it to you for many more years of happy wear!

Privacy

We will NEVER share, sell or trade any of your personal information.
We do not store credit card numbers or any of your personal info other than your email address (for order correspondence purposes).
