All domestic orders are shipped free of charge via USPS first-class mail.

**Because all of our jewelry is handmade to order, please allow up to two weeks for your jewelry to leave our studio and ship out to you. If you need your jewelry on a deadline, please contact info@minouxjewelry.com to request an expedited order.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unworn items within 10 days. Please email returns@minouxjewelry.com for a return authorization number. Pack your return in its original box, and please use a padded mailer for shipping.
Minoux Jewelry is not responsible for jewelry damaged or lost in transit. After the return is processed, the card used for purchase will be credited for the merchandise amount.
Gift items may be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value. If you would like an item of greater value, you may pay the difference.
Special orders are not returnable.
We want you to enjoy your Minoux jewelry for a very long time. Some items, like the cord necklaces, will eventually wear out. And sometimes, things just break! We offer free repairs and cord replacement.
We will never share, sell or trade any of your personal information. We do not store credit card numbers or any of your personal info other than your email address (for order correspondence purposes).
